Woman Killed, 3 Hurt in 2-Car Crash on Telegraph Road in Saticoy

 
SATICOY, CA (May 23, 2023) — A woman died, and three people were injured in a 2-car accident on Telegraph Road near Saticoy Avenue.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the deadly two-vehicle crash happened around 5:30 a.m. Monday. Authorities said that a 51-year-old woman driving a 2020 Nissan Kicks struck a deer while driving eastbound. The Nissan subsequently turned into the path of a westbound 2015 Ford Explorer, crashing into it.
 
The woman driving the Nissan who remains unidentified passed away in the accident. Paramedics took the Nissan passenger and Ford Explorer driver and passenger to a hospital for treatment of minor to moderate injuries.
