SACRAMENTO, CA (October 19, 2023) — A woman died in a pedestrian accident on Mack Road and Summersdale Drive Wednesday morning.
 
According to Sacramento Police, the deadly pedestrian accident happened around 7:00 a.m. Under unclear circumstances, an SUV driver struck a female pedestrian in the North Laguna neighborhood. Due to her injuries, the pedestrian passed away at the scene.
