Robert Hoffman Hurt in Motorcycle Crash on Highway 128 near Lake Berryessa Dam

 
NAPA, CA (April 13, 2022) — Robert Hoffman was injured in a motorcycle accident on Highway 128 near Lake Berryessa Dam on Tuesday morning.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the two-vehicle accident occurred around 8:25 a.m. near the Solano County border. To pass up other vehicles, 61-year-old Hoffman crossed the double yellow center line in his Harley-Davidson. Subsequently, his motorbike collided with a westbound 2017 Ford F550 work truck in a head-on fashion.
 
Soon after, American Medical Response Ambulance team members arrived at the scene and brought him to Kaiser Permanente Vacaville Medical Center.
 
Meanwhile, the uninjured 38-year-old Santa Rosa man driving the Ford stayed at the scene for the investigation.
 
At this time, investigators have no information on the leading cause of the crash. However, an ongoing investigation should confirm any unclear details.
