Authorities Find 2 Bodies Inside Car Parked in San Rafael, Helethia Roth and Harry Marcellus Identified

 
SAN RAFAEL, CA (April 13, 2022) – Harry Manus Marcellus and Helethia Anna Marie Roth were found dead in a parked car on Highway 101 in San Rafael late Sunday morning.
 
On April 10, CHP officials responded to a report of a vehicle on St. Vincent Drive with two bodies inside. When they arrived, they found Marcellus and Roth dead in the parked vehicle in a secluded private area on land owned by Caltrans.
 
Marcellus was 49-years-old, while Roth was 25-years-old. Both were former Cotati residents with no known addresses, according to the Marin County Sheriff’s Department.
 
There were no obvious signs of foul play, the sheriff’s office said.
 
An investigation into this fatality is ongoing.
