Stacie Sisson Severely Injured in Deadly Two-Vehicle Accident on Lakecrest Road [Lassen County, CA]

Truck and Polariz Side-by-Side Collide in Lassen County Killing One

 
LASSEN COUNTY, CA (September 18, 2023) – Stacie Sisson was severely injured in a deadly two-vehicle crash in Lassen County Friday on September 15.
 
The crash happened on Lakecrest Road at County Road A-3, also known as Standish Buntingville Road. According to the California Highway Patrol, Sisson was a passenger in a Polaris RZR side-by-side that was traveling southeast on Lakecrest Road. At the same time, Jacob Beauchman was driving a truck southwest on Standish Buntingville Road.
 
For unknown reasons, the two vehicles collided at the intersection, ejecting both Sisson and the side-by-side driver.
 
The side-by-side driver was pronounced dead at the scene. Sisson was taken to Renown Medical Center in Reno with severe injuries.
 
Meanwhile, Beauchman was not injured.
 
Alcohol may have been a contributing factor to the crash, which is still under investigation.
