DUI Driver Sasenarine Vishnu Causes Three-Vehicle Crash in Napa County, Pregnant Woman Airlifted

 
NAPA COUNTY, CA (July 6, 2021) – Police arrested Sasenarine Vishnu for DUI after a three-vehicle crash in Napa County Saturday, June 26.
 
The accident happened around 10:06 p.m. on Old Sonoma Road, just south of Buhman Avenue. CHP officials said the 33-year-old suspect from Novato was driving a 2016 Ford Focus south on Old Sonoma, crossed the center line and struck a 2018 BMW 640i and a 2012 Subaru Impreza.
 
As a result, the 61-year-old female driver of the BMW and her 67-year-old male passenger sustained injuries.
 
CHP officials requested a medical helicopter to transport a 36-year-old passenger in the Subaru who was pregnant to John Muir Health-Walnut Creek Medical Center as a precaution.
 
Meanwhile, police arrested Vishnu on suspicion of felony DUI.
 
At this time, the crash is still under investigation.
