DUI Crash on Silverado Trail in Napa County Injures Woman, Brayan Sanchez Arrested

 
NAPA COUNTY, CA (July 6, 2021)Brayan Roger Sanchez was arrested for DUI after a car accident in Napa County Saturday, June 26.
 
The accident happened around 7:00 a.m. on Silverado Trail, just north of Yountville Cross Road. According to the California Highway Patrol, the 18-year-old Fairfield man was driving a 2009 Chevrolet south on the Silverado Trail when his vehicle left the pavement. The car then struck trees and bushes.
 
As a result, the 18-year-old Calistoga woman in the vehicle sustained injuries. American Medical Response ambulance transported her to Providence Queen of the Valley Medical Center for treatment.
 
Police determined that Sanchez was driving under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash. They arrested him and booked him into the Napa County jail on suspicion of felony DUI causing injury.
 
An investigation is ongoing.
