UPLAND, CA (November 4, 2022) – A pedestrian was seriously injured in a hit-and-run crash at Euclid Avenue and Foothill Boulevard in Upland on Thursday evening.
 
The crash happened around 7:11 p.m. on November 10. According to the Upland Police Department, the 62-year-old male pedestrian was crossing at the intersection when a Ford Mustang hit him.
 
After hitting the victim, the driver fled the scene without rendering aid.
 
First responders took the pedestrian to a hospital for treatment of serious injuries.
 
The unnamed driver was tracked down and taken into custody at his home, police said. Further investigation is underway.
