Early Morning Head-On Crash in Santa Clarita Kills 40-Year-Old Man

 
SANTA CLARITA, CA (November 14, 2022) – Anthony Leos died in a head-on accident in Santa Clarita early Thursday morning, November 10.
 
The accident happened around 12:32 a.m. at 13304 Soledad Canyon Road just west of Oak Avenue. CHP officials said Leos was driving a 2013 Hyundai Tuscon eastbound on Soledad Canyon Road. At the same time, a Los Angeles man was driving a 2019 Toyota 4-Runner westbound.
 
The Toyota SUV crossed over the solid double yellow lines into the eastbound lane, directly into the path of Leos. As a result, both cars crashed head-on.
 
40-year-old Leos from Simi Valley suffered fatal injuries and died at the scene, according to the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office.
 
The driver of the Toyota sustained minor injuries.
 
At this time, authorities are still investigating the fatal accident.
