Fatal Pedestrian Accident on East 11th Street near Chrisman Road in Tracy

 
TRACY, CA (October 8, 2021) – A man lost his life in a pedestrian accident on East 11th Street, Tuesday evening.
 
According to the Tracy Police Department, the incident happened on October 5, at about 7:30 p.m. Due to unknown circumstances, a vehicle hit the victim near Chrisman Road.
 
Emergency responders pronounced the pedestrian dead at the scene. The victim was described as a Tracy man in his late 50s. However, authorities withheld the name of the victim pending notification of next of kin.
 
Meanwhile, the driver of the vehicle remained and cooperated with investigators.
