Arturo Porraz II Charged, DUI, Multi-Car Accident at Imjin Parkway and Preston Drive

 
MARINA, CA (November 6, 2023) — Arturo Porraz II faces DUI and hit-and-run charges following a three-car accident at Imjin Parkway and Preston Drive.
 
According to Marina officers, the three-car crash happened around 10:40 p.m. Saturday. Under unclear circumstances, three vehicles collided. At some point during or prior to the collision, a silver Toyota 4Runner SUV sheared off the driver’s side tires, leaving the motorist with minor wounds.
 
Upon responding, Marina police found no trace of the driver of the Dodge Durango that was involved in the accident. Therefore, officers surveyed the area and spotted the suspect along Imjin Parkway before the man escaped again.
 
However, in the 3000 block of Lexington Court, officers arrested the driver, identified as Arturo Noel Porraz II, of Salinas.
 
At this time, he remains incarcerated at the Monterey County Jail on felony hit-and-run and DUI charges and violation of probation.
