SAN BERNARDINO, CA (November 6, 2023) — One person suffered minor injuries in a head-on accident on Cajon Boulevard near Swarthout Canyon Road.
 
According to reports, the two-car crash happened around 10:19 a.m. Friday. For reasons that require further investigation, a driver of either a Volkswagen Tiguan SUV or a Toyota Corolla sedan was speeding. Subsequently, the speeding driver veered out of its lane into oncoming traffic and collided with the other.
 
Moments later, San Bernardino County Fire Protection District paramedics responded and brought one person to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
