4 Hurt in Multi-Car Collision on Broderick Street in San Francisco

 
SAN FRANCISCO, CA (December 21, 2023) — Four people were injured in a 3-car accident at Broderick Street and Lombard Street.
 
According to the San Francisco Fire Department, the multi-car crash happened around 5:58 p.m. Tuesday. Under unclear circumstances, three vehicles collided, causing a major backup for several blocks.
 
Soon after, paramedics arrived and took two people to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries. Two others with injuries did not want hospital care.
 
As a result of the collision, Lombard Street West experienced a significant slowdown while authorities investigated the scene.
 
There was no information on what led to the collision.
