REDDING, CA (January 5, 2024) — One person was injured in a pedestrian accident at Cypress Avenue and Bechelli Lane.
 
According to Redding Police, the pedestrian crash happened around 6:00 p.m. Wednesday. Under unclear circumstances, a vehicle struck a person at the intersection. Soon after, Redding police responded to the scene and contacted paramedics to shuttle the victim to a local hospital for treatment of major injuries.
