Serious Injuries Sustained in Two-Car Crash on Broadway at 11th Avenue in San Diego

 
SAN DIEGO, CA (May 11, 2022) – Police confirmed that a woman suffered serious injuries in a two-car crash on Broadway on May 7.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at 11th Avenue around 3:40 AM.
 
Based on reports, the 30-year-old victim was a red 2008 Mazda 6 at the time of the crash. Due to unknown reasons, she ran a red light at the intersection. Subsequently, her vehicle broadsided a northbound white 2016 Cadillac Escalade occupied by a 42-year-old man.
 
As a result, the San Diego Police Department reported that the woman suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries. Paramedics took the woman to a hospital for treatment.
