Two Hurt in Car Crash on Balboa Boulevard

 
LOS ANGELES, CA (December 16, 2021) — Two people were injured in a 4-car accident on Balboa Boulevard near Sherman Way on Monday night.
 
According to reports, the multi-car crash happened after 9:00 p.m. Under unclear circumstances, up to four cars collided in 7200 block of Balboa Boulevard. Soon after, firefighters responded and used the Jaws of Life to free two people from a wrecked SUV.
 
Due to their injuries, paramedics transported them to a local hospital in critical condition.
 
At this time, officers have no word on the ultimate cause of the accident. However, the Los Angeles Police Department will investigate to determine what had happened.
