MENIFEE, CA (October 5, 2021) – One person sustained serious injuries following a multi-vehicle accident on Bundy Canyon Road, Saturday evening.
 
According to the Riverside County Fire Department, the incident happened on October 2, at about 9:30 p.m. For reasons still under investigation, three vehicles collided near Murrieta Road.
 
The impact of the crash trapped one person inside a wrecked vehicle. Firefighters used hydraulic tools to free the victim. Then, a ground ambulance transported the victim to a hospital for treatment.
 
Officers continue to investigate the cause of the crash. Authorities will release additional information once it becomes available.
