Hit-and-Run Driver Fatally Strikes 1 Pedestrian and Injures Another on Sepulveda Boulevard in Van Nuys

 
VAN NUYS, CA (April 28, 2024) – A pedestrian was killed in a hit-and-run crash on Sepulveda Boulevard in Van Nuys Friday afternoon on April 26.
 
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, two pedestrians were hit by a truck in the 6900 block of Sepulveda Boulevard around 2:05 p.m.
 
After the crash, the driver of the truck drove away without stopping.
 
One of the pedestrians died at the scene, while the other was taken to a hospital with unspecified injuries.
