Wilbert Guzman Identified in Fatal 10 Freeway Crash in Cabazon

 
CABAZON, CA (August 6, 2021) – Police identified Wilbert Guzman as the man who died in an accident on 10 Freeway on August 4.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened near the Main Street exit around 10:40 PM.
 
Based on reports, the crash caused a major back-up into the Whitewater area. However, the exact cause of the fatal incident was not immediately available.
 
As a result, Guzman died in the collision. The Riverside County Coroner’s office identified him as a 36-year-old Desert Hot Springs resident.
 
At this point, this accident on 10 Freeway is still under investigation by the CHP. In addition, no other details are available.
