Motorcyclist Dies after Crash with Vehicle at Marysville and Arcade Boulevards

 
SACRAMENTO, CA (March 15, 2023) – Ty Parker died in a motorcycle accident in Sacramento’s Hagginwood neighborhood Monday evening on March 13.
 
The accident happened just after 7:00 p.m. at Marysville Boulevard and Arcade Boulevard. According to the Sacramento Police Department, Parker was riding his motorcycle when he collided with a car.
 
Firefighters responded and found Parker with serious injuries. They tried saving him, but he died at the scene.
 
The Sacramento County Coroner’s Office identified Parker as a 42-year-old Sacramento resident.
 
The driver of the car stayed on scene.
 
An investigation into this fatality is ongoing.
