SAN BERNARDINO, CA (January 27, 2022) — Timothy Orwig died in a pedestrian accident at Valencia Avenue and Highland Avenue on Monday evening.
 
According to reports, the pedestrian crash happened around 6:20 p.m. Under unclear circumstances, a driver in an unknown make and model struck 57-year-old Orwig. Due to the nature of the crash, the San Bernardino father-of-two suffered severe injuries.
 
Shortly after, paramedics responded, but their life-saving efforts fell short and Orwig succumbed to his injuries. To raise funds for his memorial, the family has created a GoFundMe page.
