Fatal Pedestrian Accident Reported on Highway 101 in Healdsburg

 
HEALDSBURG, CA (April 12, 2021) – Healdsburg Police confirmed that one person died in a pedestrian accident on southbound Highway 101 on April 10.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at the intersection of Healdsburg Avenue around 12:04 AM.
 
Based on a report, the pedestrian was on the road at the time of the crash. Due to unknown reasons, an unidentified vehicle struck the victim. However, officials did not yet release the circumstances that led to the accident.
 
As a result, the victim died in the incident. At this point, the deceased’s identity is not yet released pending kin notification.
 
In addition, no other details are available. Currently, this pedestrian accident on Highway 101 is still under investigation.
