One Person Hospitalized after Rollover Accident on 14 Freeway near Golden Valley Road

 
SANTA CLARITA, CA (January 11, 2023) — One person sustained serious injuries after a rollover crash on 14 Freeway on Tuesday, January 10.
 
According to the Los Angeles County Fire Department, at around 3:27 p.m. Tuesday, they received reports of a traffic crash involving overturned vehicles. The incident happened on the northbound 14 Freeway, just south of Golden Valley Road.
 
According to California Highway Patrol, two vehicles flipped over. Officers arrived at the scene and found them on their roofs.
 
Benitez said they transported one patient to a medical center for treatment. There are no reports on the extent of the injured person’s condition.
 
Officers have not released whether intoxication contributed as a factor in the crash.
 
The incident slowed the already-harrowing traffic on the northbound 14. This caused major travel delays.
