INDIO, CA (October 31, 2021) – One person suffered injuries in a pedestrian accident on Highway 111 in Indio late Friday evening.
 
The accident happened around 10:15 p.m. on October 29 near Las Palmas Road. According to the Indio Police Department, the pedestrian was walking in the area when a pickup truck hit them.
 
Paramedics immediately responded and transported the pedestrian to a hospital with unspecified injuries.
