Nadine Tupou Dead in Santa Monica Multi-Car Accident on 10 Freeway

 
SANTA MONICA, CA (May 11, 2021) — One person died in a multi-car accident on 10 Freeway near Centinela Avenue late Wednesday.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the multi-vehicle crash happened around 10:00 p.m. Per witnesses, one person was reportedly trapped in one of the vehicles.
 
40-year-old Nadine Gonzalez Tupou died at the scene of the crash, according to the Los Angeles County coroner’s office.
 
Authorities responded and closed the eastbound lanes for more than five hours as crews investigated the scene.
 
At this time, police have not released any information on what caused the accident. However, if any witnesses have more information, please contact the CHP.
