OCEANSIDE, CA (October 26, 2021) – Michael John Kelley died in a two-car accident in Oceanside Tuesday last week.
The fatal accident happened around 3:56 p.m. on October 19, at the intersection of Jefferson Street and Highway 78. According to the CHP, the 65-year-old man was driving a 2006 Lexus southbound on Jefferson Street when he allegedly ran a red light at the intersection.
