Marissa Cardenas Detained for DUI at Bear Valley Road and Pacoima Road

 
VICTORVILLE, CA (March 5, 2024)Marissa Cardenas faces DUI charges when police pulled her over at Bear Valley Road and Pacoima Road.
 
According to authorities, the incident happened around 9:00 p.m. Saturday. After witnessing a black Dodge Challenger swerve and hit a curb, the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department began to follow the driver. Subsequently, the Dodge Challenger continued swerving before turning northbound onto Pacoima Road, where officers pulled over the driver.
 
Upon finding two 14-year-old male juveniles inside the car who appeared intoxicated, police arrested 40-year-old Marissa Cardenas, of Griffith Park. Police confirmed that she was also intoxicated.
 
The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department also found an open container of malt liquor.
 
Due to the teenagers’ state, paramedics took them to a hospital and released them to their parents. Meanwhile, Cardenas faces charges of child cruelty and DUI.
