Late Evening Multi-Vehicle Accident on 60 Freeway in Ontario Leaves 1 Driver with Fatal Injuries

 
ONTARIO, CA (October 6, 2021) – A man died in a multi-vehicle accident on 60 Freeway in Ontario late Monday evening.
 
The accident happened around 11:26 p.m. on October 4, along the eastbound freeway at Archibald Avenue. According to the California Highway Patrol, the 26-year-old victim from San Bernardino was driving a 2011 Chevrolet Camaro when he got involved in a traffic collision involving at least three other vehicles.
 
As a result of the crash, the man suffered significant injuries. Responding paramedics rushed him to a hospital, where he died at 12:27 a.m.
 
At this time, the identity of the victim was not immediately available.
 
CHP officials are still investigating the circumstances surrounding the accident.
