Man Dies in Huntington Beach Motorcycle Accident on Warner Avenue
HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA (April 17, 2023) — A man died in a motorcycle accident on Warner Avenue near Brightwater Drive.
According to the Huntington Beach Police Department, the fatal motorcycle accident happened around 3:45 p.m. Thursday. For an unknown reason, a 38-year-old Riverside man was riding his blue Honda CBR motorcycle at a high rate of speed. Under unclear circumstances, the motorcyclist lost control of his bike while heading eastbound, leading him to crash his bike.
The unidentified man suffered fatal injuries in the crash.
Shortly after, the Huntington Beach Police Department responded to investigate to see if drugs or alcohol played a part. The cause of the accident is still unclear, but if anyone has more to add, please call HBPD Traffic Investigator J. Rounds at 714-536-5666.
