Man Dies, Driver Hits Big Rig in Highway 41 Crash in Hanford

 
HANFORD, CA (October 5, 2023) — A man died in a semi-truck accident on Highway 41 near Hanford Armona Road.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the deadly collision happened Tuesday night. For an unknown reason, a 55-year-old man from Oakdale crashed his Chevy pickup truck into the back of a semi-truck that was stopped at a red traffic light.
 
Shortly thereafter, paramedics arrived and took the pickup driver to Adventist Medical Center, where he passed away.
 
At this time, authorities do not know if alcohol played a part in the accident. However, an investigation into the details should confirm any unclear information.
