Bicyclist Suffers Critical Injuries after Struck by Vehicle on Willow Street in Long Beach

 
LONG BEACH, CA (January 31, 2023) – A man was critically injured in a bicycle accident at Willow Street and Santa Fe Avenue in west Long Beach late Monday evening.
 
The accident happened around 11:13 p.m. on January 30. According to the Long Beach Police Department, the man was riding his bicycle when a vehicle struck him.
 
As a result, the man sustained serious injuries to his upper body and was transported to a local hospital, where he was listed in critical condition.
 
The man who was driving the vehicle was unharmed.
