MARINA, CA (May 19, 2023)— Kelly Rolston faces charges in a DUI crash at Reservation Road and Dunes Drive.
 
According to Marina police officers, the single-car accident happened around 5:23 a.m. Thursday. Witnesses said a driver tried driving through a closed Marina State Beach gate but crashed into it.
 
Marina police officers arrived at the scene minutes later, and paramedics responded to treat 33-year-old Rolston — the driver — and a 6-year-old child. A dog and a cat were also inside the vehicle.
 
Rolston showed sides of intoxication and police arrested her. Officers booked her into the Monterey County jail for DUI, child endangerment and violation of parole.
