Jerry Hill Dies, Tatiana Bartlow Charged in DUI ATV Accident near Deer Valley Road and Wildflower Drive

 
ANTIOCH, CA (July 10, 2023) Jerry Hill died in a DUI ATV crash near Deer Valley Road and Wildflower Drive.
 
According to the Antioch Police Department, the fatal two-vehicle accident happened on July 8 around 9:27 p.m. For DUI reasons, 20-year-old Tatiana Bartlow crashed her northbound vehicle into a quad ATV driven by Jerry Hill. Due to the impact, Hill suffered major injuries and died after the force of the impact ejected him from his vehicle. In addition, a 20-year-old female passenger in Bartlow’s vehicle suffered a head injury and was taken to hospital for treatment.
 
Traffic investigators arrived shortly after and learned that Bartlow was traveling in the opposite direction before the crash.
 
At some point after the accident, Bartlow and two other passengers left the scene of the accident but were followed by a witness. With the witness’s help, officers arrested Bartlow and the two passengers a short distance away before booking them into the Antioch police station.
 
Authorities confirmed that alcohol played a factor in the crash.
