Isaac Piza, Keiana Bridgeforth Die, 3-Car Crash at Kitching Street and Cactus Avenue

 
MORENO VALLEY, CA (February 8, 2024) — Isaac Piza and Keiana Bridgeforth died in Monday’s three-car accident at Kitching Street and Cactus Avenue.
 
According to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, the fatal multi-car crash happened around 10:30 p.m. During heavy rainfall, a Lexus sedan, driven by 58-year-old Keiana Bridgeforth, and two Dodge pickups collided at the intersection. Upon impact, one of the pickups dove into a nearby flood channel and ejected 25-year-old Isaac Piza from the cabin. Meanwhile, his unidentified passenger remained inside the vehicle.
 
Soon after, Good Samaritans helped extricate the Dodge passenger from the wreckage. He suffered non-life-threatening injuries, but Piza reportedly floated southbound in the channel until firefighters found his body near Evans Road and the Ramona Expressway in Perris.
 
In addition to his death, Bridgeforth suffered fatal wounds in the crash. All other involved occupants suffered minor injuries and did not need hospitalization.
 
At this time, authorities are looking into the cause.
