RANCHO MIRAGE (January 2, 2023) — Four people suffered injuries in a car crash on Highway 111 on Sunday, January 1.
 
According to the Riverside County Fire Department, a vehicle crashed into a tree at 6:23 a.m. in Rancho Mirage. Firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene at Highway 111 and Bob Hope Drive.
 
Firefighters freed all patients from the wreckage of the crash. Then medics rushed them to a hospital by ground ambulance. Reports said they sustained minor to moderate injuries.
