40-Year-Old Woman Dies after Struck by Vehicle in Bellflower

 
BELLFLOWER, CA (January 9, 2024) – Danielle Lampers was killed in a pedestrian accident tin Bellflower early Wednesday morning on January 3.
 
The fatal accident happened around 1:45 a.m. on 91 Freeway at Lakewood Boulevard. According to the California Highway Patrol, Lampers was walking along the westbound freeway when a vehicle struck her.
 
Lampers suffered fatal injuries and died at the scene. She was 40 years old, according to the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner. Her city of residence was not immediately known.
 
It was unclear if the driver involved remained on scene after the crash.
