Alexander Ramos Detained in Hit-and-Run Crash on Live Oak Avenue at Arrow Highway

 
IRWINDALE, CA (April 19, 2021) Alexander Ramos remains in custody after a hit-and-run accident on Live Oak Avenue at Arrow Highway Saturday afternoon.
 
According to Irwindale police, the accident happened around 3:00 p.m. For unknown reasons, 41-year-old Ramos struck a large palm tree in the center divider near the intersection. Soon after, he fled the scene, leaving two 15-year-old girls injured, one of them critically hurt.
 
The following Monday, Ramos turned himself in with the help of his parole officer. As of now, Ramos, the stepfather of one of the girls, remains in custody after being booked on suspicion of felony hit-and-run.
