BURBANK, CA (January 18, 2024) – A 77-year-old bicyclist was seriously injured in a hit-and-run crash at Clybourn Avenue and Oxnard Street in Burbank on Tuesday morning.
 
The crash happened around 7:20 a.m. on January 16. According to the Burbank Police Department, the bicyclist was traveling south on the east sidewalk of Clybourn Avenue, approaching Oxnard Street. As he entered the intersection, a black sedan heading east on Oxnard struck him and fled the scene.
 
First responders rushed the bicyclist to a local trauma center with major life-threatening injuries.
