Ricardo Aguilar Charged with DUI, Hitting Pedestrian near Foothill Boulevard and Lion Street

 
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA (May 10, 2024) Ricardo Aguilar faces DUI charges after hitting and injuring a pedestrian near Foothill Boulevard and Lion Street.
 
According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, the DUI accident happened on May 4 around 7:16 p.m. For DUI reasons, 35-year-old Aguilar lost control of his eastbound 2015 Nissan Rogue. Subsequently, his car veered off the street and struck a 66-year-old pedestrian.
 
Moments later, authorities and paramedics responded to the scene to assess the crash and the victim. Paramedics transported the patient to an area hospital with major injuries. Meanwhile, San Bernardino County Sheriff’s officials interviewed Aguilar, of Riverside, whom they arrested and booked into West Valley Detention Center for DUI.
