SANTA BARBARA, CA (April 19, 2022) – A 15-year-old girl was seriously injured in a pedestrian accident on Cabrillo Boulevard in Santa Barbara on Saturday evening.
 
The accident happened around 8:20 p.m. on April 16 at Garden Street near the Santa Barbara waterfront. According to the Santa Barbara City Fire Department, the female teen was walking with friends when a vehicle struck her.
 
As a result, the girl suffered moderate injuries to her legs and hips. AMR ambulance took her to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital for proper treatment.
