1 Pedestrian Hit by Cars on 101 Freeway in Los Angeles

 
LOS ANGELES, CA (October 31, 2023) — One person died in a pedestrian accident on the 101 Freeway near Santa Monica Boulevard.
 
According to reports, the deadly pedestrian accident happened around 5:30 a.m. Monday. For unknown reasons, at least one car struck a person on the Hollywood freeway at Santa Monica Boulevard.
 
Due to the crash, officers issued a SigAlert for the No. 3 and 4 lanes. In addition, they also closed the Santa Monica on-ramp to investigate.
 
At the time of the report, traffic investigators did not release the victim’s name or the events leading to the crash. However, we will release more news once we gather more information.
