FAIRFIELD, CA (August 6, 2022) – Police reported multiple injuries in a big rig accident on westbound 80 Freeway on August 4.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision occurred just west of Manuel Campos Parkway.
 
Based on reports, the jackknifed big rig blocked all westbound lanes. Officials said it collided with several cars. However, the details that led to the crash were not immediately available.
