Multi-Vehicle Accident on Ramona Expressway in Lakeview Injures Half-Dozen People

 
LAKEVIEW, CA (June 23, 2021) – Six people sustained injuries in a multi-vehicle accident on Ramona Expressway in Lakeview late Tuesday afternoon.
 
The accident happened around 5:20 p.m. on June 22, at the intersection with Lakeview Avenue. According to the Riverside County Fire Department, several vehicles collided for unknown reasons.
 
Responding fire crews found six patients, one with moderate injuries and five with minor injuries. The involved vehicles sustained major damage.
 
Paramedics transported at least one patient to Riverside University Medical Center in Moreno Valley for treatment.
 
At this time, the circumstances of the crash remain under investigation.
