Traffic Accident on Angeles Forest Highway in Acton Sends Woman to Hospital

 
ACTON, CA (October 29, 2021) – A woman suffered injuries in a traffic accident on Angeles Forest Highway in Acton Friday evening.
 
The accident happened around 8:30 p.m. on October 29, at the Sierra Highway off-ramp. According to the California Highway Patrol, the woman was in a vehicle that had crashed for unknown reasons.
 
Firefighters were summoned to the scene and found the female victim trapped inside the car. They used hydraulic tools to free her for the flight to a hospital, the Los Angeles County Fire Department said.
 
At this time, CHP officials are still trying to determine the exact cause of the crash.
