Car Crashes into Fence in Accident on Highway 163 in San Diego
SAN DIEGO, CA (March 29, 2021) – Paramedics sent two people to the hospital following a car accident on Highway 163 on March 25.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened outside In-n-Out Burger on Kearny Mesa Road shortly before 10:00 PM.
Based on a report, the victims’ vehicle reportedly came off the southbound lane of the highway. Subsequently, it crashed into a fence outside the fast-food restaurant for unknown reasons.
San Diego Fire-Rescue Department crews responded to the scene. As a result, two occupants from the vehicle were hurt in the incident. Immediately, emergency crews transported them to the hospital for treatment.
Crews closed the southbound ramp to the 163 from Kearny Mesa while they conducted rescue and clearing operations. As of now, SDPD is still investigating this car accident on Highway 163.
