Car Stolen in Armed Robbery Crashes Into Two Vehicles at End of Police Chase on West Washington Boulevard

 
HARVARD HEIGHTS, CA (March 12, 2023) – Six people were hospitalized in an armed robbery police chase on West Washington Boulevard in the Harvard Heights area early Tuesday morning.
 
The crash happened around 12:45 a.m. on March 7, in the 2100 block of West Washington Bouelvard. According to the Los Angeles Police Department, four suspects in a Honda Accord were wanted for a robbery and carjacking that occurred Monday night. Officers found the car and a short pursuit ensued.
 
The suspects were traveling westbound at the intersection when they collided with two other cars.
 
Paramedics transported six people to a hospital, two of them were in critical condition.
 
The critically injured patients were identified as a 20-year-old man and a 20-year-old woman.
 
A 22-year-old woman, a 15-year-old boy, a 14-year-old boy and a 14-year-old girl suffered non-life threatening injuries.
 
An investigation into this crash is underway.
