Several Wounded in Hit-and-Run 2-Car Crash at 43rd Place in South Los Angeles
SOUTH LOS ANGELES, CA (January 2, 2023) — Several people suffered minor injuries in a hit-and-run 2-car accident at 43rd Place and McKinley Avenue.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the two-vehicle collision happened in South Los Angeles and was caught on video. Around 8:00 a.m. on November 30, a driver of a stolen 2008 Lexus IS250 crashed into a 2003 Ford Ranger.
The man in the stolen Lexus, described as a 5-ft 9-inch Latino man about 200 pounds, fled on foot.
The occupants of the Ford Ranger suffered minor injuries in the crash.
Although it has been over a month, the Los Angeles Police Central Traffic detectives are seeking the public’s help in identifying the suspect involved in this hit-and-run. If anyone has more information, please call 213-833-3746.
