Salvador Arellano-Espinoza Charged in Hit-and-Run Pedestrian Crash on Henderson Avenue near Prospect Street

 
PORTERVILLE, CA (April 5, 2024) — Salvador Arellano-Espinoza faces charges in a hit-and-run pedestrian accident on Henderson Avenue near Prospect Street.
 
According to the Porterville Police Department, the hit-and-run happened around 8:10 p.m. Tuesday. For DUI reasons, Arellano-Espinoza struck a pedestrian in the 1200 block of West Henderson Avenue. Subsequently, the 57-year-old fled the scene but was followed by a witness.
 
Soon after, police booked him into the South County Detention Facility with the witness’s help.
