YERMO, CA (January 3, 2023) — A person was injured in a motorcycle accident on the 15 Freeway near Harvard Road Monday afternoon.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the major injury motorcycle crash happened around 1:00 p.m. Under unclear circumstances, a driver of a black sedan and a motorcycle crashed on the 15 Freeway near Yermo.
 
Soon after, authorities requested a helicopter to land on the 15 Freeway to airlift the motorcyclist to a local trauma center.
 
Information related to the cause of the crash or the victims’ names was unavailable. Although, the Barstow CHP station plans to investigate this case from all angles to identify the circumstances.
