2 Hurt, Car Crashes Down Highway 17 in Lexington Hills

 
LEXINGTON HILLS, CA (January 3, 2023) — Two people were injured after a car crashed down Highway 17 near Madrone Drive Monday.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the single-vehicle crash happened around 3:00 p.m. Monday. For unknown reasons, a car occupied by two people drove off Highway 17, plunging about 200 feet off the embankment.
 
Shortly after, authorities and paramedics responded and found two victims whose conditions remain unclear at this time.
 
Reports did not indicate the leading cause of the crash. However, we will update this report with more information.
